One Account Per Person: Each account must belong to a real individual. You may not create multiple accounts, use bots, or allow others to access your account.

What It Is: Members may purchase sponsorship packages to support the SV Network. Each sponsorship tier includes specific promotional benefits such as Discord access, roles, social media recognition, stream features, and other promotional services as described at the time of purchase.
SV Coins as Promotional Reward: As a bonus reward for sponsorship purchases, members receive SV Coins. SV Coins are promotional credits, not the primary product being purchased. The sponsorship benefits (Discord access, shoutouts, badges, stream recognition, etc.) are the primary value of each sponsorship tier.
Pricing: Sponsorship packages are priced in USD. All fees exclude applicable taxes.
No Refunds: All sponsorship purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except as required by applicable law.
SV Coins are digital promotional credits used solely within the Sportsvestment platform to support engagement, community interaction, and platform features. SV Coins are not legal tender, do not represent money or property, and have no inherent cash value.
SV Coins may be obtained through the following methods:
As an incidental promotional bonus included with sponsorship package purchases
As prizes awarded in platform competitions
Through promotional giveaways
As tips or rewards from other members
SV Coins are not the primary product of any purchase and are provided solely as promotional or engagement-related benefits.
SV Coins may be used only through approved Sportsvestment platform features, which may include competition participation, tipping other members or content creators, and other engagement-based functionality as made available from time to time.
SV Coins do not guarantee redemption, profit, or monetary return and are provided for entertainment, promotional, and community engagement purposes only.
To maintain a fair, secure, and compliant platform, Sportsvestment may place reasonable limitations on the use, availability, or functionality of SV Coins in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical issues, violations of these Terms, or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
SV Coins may not be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged outside of approved Sportsvestment platform mechanisms.
SV Coins may be redeemed for USD only by eligible content creators or competition prize recipients, and only in connection with creator earnings, tips received, or officially awarded competition prizes, subject to the following conditions:
No External Trading: SV Coins may not be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged outside of approved platform mechanisms. Any attempt to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
No Purchase Necessary: Participation in competitions does not require any purchase. Free entry methods (“Free Rolls”) are available to all eligible members.
Prize Funding: Competition prizes are funded by advertisers, sponsors, and Sportsvestment—not by member entry fees or wagers.
Partner Registration: Content creators (“Partners”) must register, accept these Terms, and sign a separate Partner Agreement.
Partner Content: Partners may create and share sports-related content, set subscription rates for premium content, and earn revenue through the platform.
Content Ownership: Partners retain ownership of their original content. By posting content on Sportsvestment, Partners grant SV a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the platform.
Sportsvestment provides sports entertainment content, data, and community features. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or betting advice.

Your use of Sportsvestment is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sportsvestment IP: The Sportsvestment name, logo, trademarks, and platform design are the property of Sportsvestment LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant Sportsvestment the license described in Section 7.
Prohibited Content: Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sportsvestment LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your Rights: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of sponsorship purchases.
Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notices. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, United States. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
