Age-Appropriate Conduct: Members under 18 must avoid any sexual or high-risk discussions or activities.
No Sexual Exploitation: Do not solicit or share sexual content without clear, consensual context and age verification.
Respectful Content: Do not share explicit content with minors or in non-restricted channels.
No Non-Consensual Media: Do not distribute intimate or sensitive media of others without consent.
No Self-Harm Promotion: Do not share content that glorifies or encourages self-harm or suicide.
No Graphic Violence: Do not share gore, excessive violence, or animal harm intended to shock or harass.
No Spam: Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or promotional links.

SV reserves the right to allow the Omar show to cover member accountability allegations on the Omar Show.

Community-elected moderators ensure checks and balances; appeals can be made via the moderator panel.
Amendments
Members may propose changes in the community forum.
Amendments require a two-thirds majority vote.
Updated versions are published with clear versioning.

1. Introduction
Welcome to SportsVestment.com (“SV,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility & Account
• You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to use SV in your jurisdiction.
• Partners (Content Creators) register, accept these Terms, and sign a Partner Agreement.
• Members register, verify via email or OAuth, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. No Financial, Investment, or Betting Advice
SV provides data-driven insights, content, and community features. Nothing on SV is financial, investment, or betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
• Partners set subscription rates for their channels or paywalled content.
• Payments are processed via Stripe or WooCommerce; all fees are in USD and exclude taxes.
• Subscriptions auto-renew per the chosen period; you may disable auto-renewal in account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• All sales are final; no refunds except as required by law.
5. Transparency & Data Monitoring
• SV is committed to trust and transparency: all activity logs, leaderboards, and infraction records are visible to members.
• We track performance data for all Content Creators (e.g., Tony), but we cannot guarantee accuracy or results.
• By participating, you consent to SV’s monitoring of your content, picks, and interactions.
6. User Conduct & Community Constitution
• All users must comply with the SportsVestment Community Constitution: zero tolerance for harassment, fraud, hate, or illegal activities.
• SV reserves the right to investigate misconduct, suspend or terminate accounts, and involve law enforcement when necessary.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
• Content Creators retain ownership of their work.
• By posting, you grant SV a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content.
• Do not post infringing, defamatory, or unauthorized material.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
• SV and its Partners provide the platform “as is”—no warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SV is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Enforcement & Termination
• SV may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or revoke access at our discretion.
• We may cooperate with legal authorities and comply with subpoenas or court orders regarding user data.
10. Amendments & Updates
• We may update these Terms anytime; continued use implies acceptance.
• Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notices.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by Ontario law.
• Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, ON.
SV Coins are digital credits usable for skill-based activity on the SV platform. They hold no monetary value outside the platform and are only eligible for redemption under certain conditions related to skill-based participation. Any misuse, unauthorized transfer, or attempt to exchange SV Coins outside approved platform mechanisms is prohibited. SV Coins exist to reward insight, participation, and contribution — not speculation
